How We
Do the Work.
Most contractors hide the process. We document every phase — from spool drawings to closeout packages — because the methodology is what separates a crew you call back from a crew you call out.

Isometric Spools & Fit-Up Documentation
Every spool is issued from an approved isometric. Fit-up photos capture gap gauges, root-pass temp sticks, and joint prep before any arc is struck. Nothing gets buried in insulation without a photo log entry.

Fabricated Headers — Ready for Hydro
Completed carbon steel headers with full penetration welds, visual-inspected, and staged for hydrostatic test. Every weld marked, every joint numbered back to the spool sheet.

Hydrostatic Test Rigs & Pressure Charts
Pressure charts are generated in real time, signed by the QC lead, and filed against the system test package. No verbal sign-offs. Every test has a strip chart, a witness signature, and a hold point release.

Certified Systems — First-Pass X-Ray
97.6% of butt welds pass radiographic examination on the first attempt. Rejected welds are cut out, re-welded, and re-shot — never ground or cosmetically repaired. The paper trail is clean.

Labeled Risers & As-Built Redlines
Before any insulation goes on, every valve is tagged to the valve schedule, every support is torqued and documented, and the as-built redlines are updated. The owner gets a closeout package that matches what is in the wall.

Commissioned Mechanical Room — Zero Punch List
Insulated mains with color-coded jacket bands, flow-direction arrows, and system designations facing the aisle. Every hanger plumb. Every label readable from the floor. The commissioning agent walks out with nothing to write.
Infrastructure
Photographed.
Every mechanical room is shot from the floor up — gleaming headers, plumb hangers, and color-coded systems as they were commissioned.
Paper Trail
as Clean as the Work.
Every crew member carries their certifications current. Foremen hold OSHA 30. QC leads are CWI-qualified or work under a registered CWI on every ASME code job. Your owner rep will not find a gap in our documentation.
